All project data, schedules, reports, and outputs you create using Controlynx.ai remain your property at all times. We do not claim ownership, share your data, or use it for any purpose other than delivering the Service to you.
Your project data is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model — ours or any third party's. Your data is used solely to generate reports and dashboards for your account.
All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS). We do not serve any content over unencrypted connections.
Access to your project data is restricted to authorised users within your account. We do not access your project data unless required to resolve a technical issue you have reported, and only with your explicit permission.
The Controlynx.ai platform is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with industry-standard security controls. Detailed infrastructure documentation is available to enterprise clients on request.
Every AI-generated report passes through a human review step before being submitted. We do not automate final submissions without explicit user approval.
If you discover a security vulnerability in the Controlynx.ai platform, please report it responsibly to founder@controlynx.ai. We will acknowledge your report within 48 hours and work to address confirmed vulnerabilities promptly.
